Private Schools

Troy Christian School
(The following information has been sourced from http://www.troychristianschools.org/. For this and more information, please follow the link.)

We are a community who chooses to dip into the messiness of life and capture the wonder of real relationships. Real relationships based on more than common activity and common procedures, but on the common One.

Spend a few minutes on our campus (or our website) and you can’t help but notice our passion for molding and shaping hearts to love God, his Son Jesus Christ and to have a deep desire to serve others. It’s who we’ve been, who we are, and who we will remain. Because within our community, we daily choose to study together, strive together and serve together. Without this passion, we would just be another school system.

On the campus of TCS, Our Early Childhood, Elementary, Jr. High and High School are outstanding academic programs. They exist in an atmosphere saturated with an intense and steadfast faith in Jesus Christ. Our Faculty, Administrators and Support Staff are individuals with exceptional professional qualifications who have made a commitment to serve Christ and their community through the ministry of education.

Our facilities are beautifully decorated, geared toward specific ages of children and students, and outfitted with state-of-the art equipment. Our curriculum is excellent. We promise parents to provide each child an incredible educational experience in a Christ-centered environment.

At the high school level, student success means that each student earns a high school diploma, has the career and technical training and credentials that will make him or her ready for the workforce, is able to access post-secondary educational options, and understands the value of being a contributing member of the community.    We serve over 800 students at our Main Campus and another 2200 in satellite programs housed in many of our 14 associate school districts.  We encourage all high school students and their parents to explore the more than 30 programs that we have to offer.  Students - get a jump start on your career AND start to earn college credits while in high school!

The Adult Division serves over 3000 adults in a variety of program options including short term skill specific classes, extended training and credentialing programs, and customized courses developed to meet the needs of individuals or employers.  The Adult Division is associated with the University System of Ohio under the Board of Regents and enables adults to start earning credits for a college degree as well as receive training necessary to advance in current employment or start a new career - while staying close to home and in a cost effective manner!  In addition, we provide classes for individuals who need to refresh their reading and math literacy skills or earn a GED.
